ALBIR (5 km from Alfaz del Pi)
Albir is a beach resort in the municipality of Alfaz del Pi. The town is known for its gorgeous pebble beach and grand beach promenade, and it boasts a wide variety of cafés and restaurants. You will also find the Norwegian Seamen's Church here.
ALICANTE (50 km from Alfaz del Pi)
Alicante is the capital of the province in which Alfaz del Pi is located. The city has a famous port facility with restaurants and a marina, and also has everything from fantastic beaches, the Santa Barbara Castle and various museums to great shopping options. The major airport in Costa Blanca is 12 km south of Alicante city centre.
ALTEA (7 km from Alfaz del Pi)
Altea is the oldest town in Costa Blanca and is also one of the most beautiful. The picturesque small town towers over the coast. The narrow, cobblestone streets promise both culinary and cultural experiences. The church's bell tower, with its blue dome, is one of the coastal landmarks and a popular motif used by many artists.
BENIDORM (7 km from Alfaz del Pi)
Benidorm was originally a small fishing village. This charming old neighbourhood promises countless tapas bars and great restaurants for culinary experiences. Levante Beach and Poniente Beach boast a high standard of service, clean water and fine-grained sand. Today Benidorm is the province's largest centre of tourism, attracting up to 300,000 visitors in the summer months. Both the Terra Mitica attraction park and Aqualandia can be reached from the city.
GUADALEST (20 km from Alfaz del Pi)
On the way to Guadalest, you can genuinely experience small, charming villages and Spain off the beaten track. The inland area offers beautiful nature and cultural experiences. Guadalest is perched like an eagle's nest atop the mountains, offering a fantastic view.
VALENCIA (125 km from Alfaz del Pi)
The city of Valencia is the region's cultural centre. It is a beautiful city characterised by historical monuments and has a modern museum for art and research as well. Valencia has a prominent port of export and is a major producer of citrus fruit. In 2007, the city organised the well-known America's Cup regatta.
VILLAJOYOSA (15 km from Alfaz del Pi
The charming Villajoyosa is famous for its colourful houses and wide selection of seafood restaurants along its beach promenade. The old town is a protected historical and artistic area. The city is also home to great beaches and a chocolate factory with its very own museum.
