Alfaz del Sol is located in Alfaz del Pi in
Costa Blanca. The complex is located on the
ridge above Alfaz del Pi city centre, inside an
established residential area with residents from a number of countries. You can see the Mediterranean Sea from this location, but it is still far enough away from the sea that the local climate is dryer, cooler and therefore more comfortable than down by the water. The area is located centrally, near the main road that leads to the airport and also near activities along the sunny coastline. The town of Altea and city of Benidorm are right nearby and promise countless experiences and service options.
The neighbouring beach in Albir offers great options for both swimming and days at the beach. The closest airport is 45 minutes away in Alicante. Alicante airport can offer a wide range of airlines for reasonable prices to and from major European cites all year around.
The homes, living environment and service offering are organised so that you can live safe and sound no matter your age. A service centre was set up for the
residential area. Today the service centre is up and running and functions as a local meeting place. The centre also offers health and wellness services including a hairdresser, skin care, a physical therapist and an exercise room. They can also arrange for home help services, home nursing care and services for cleaning,
purchasing and other practical, everyday help.
At the heart of the centre, you'll find the reception which is staffed in the daytime on weekdays. Here you will find service-minded hosts who can help you with practical tasks, rentals or booking various services for your home, among other things. Reception is a place where all residents at Alfaz del Sol can turn to for guidance in their everyday lives. Attached to the reception, there is a lounge with an activity room where you will find the daily newspaper, a library and TV. This is a nice place to meet up with friends and neighbours. Alfaz del Sol is located inside a restricted area with guards that keep watch in the evening and at night time. The flats have their own parking spaces which are located in the shared underground parking garage. There are several residents living in the area.
The common areas are complete with exotic plants and palm trees that create a nice atmosphere in between the houses, around the swimming pool and by the hot tub. There is a heated swimming pool, two hot tubs outside and a large park with great sun decks..
Help with rentals
Alfaz del Sol was completed in 2006 and was developed by Selvaag in close cooperation with Spanish partners, and is today a well-managed joint property with residents and holiday flats, mostly for Scandinavians on holiday. The complex consists of 153 flats in total. A number of flats that have been used as rentals through Selvaag Bolig will now be up for sale.
By purchasing a Plus Flat at Alfaz del Sol, you can make the decision whether to stay as a resident or use your home as a rental. Selvaag Bolig offers a well-established rental service so that you can be safe when you go about renting out your home. If you are curious about what life is like at Alfaz del Sol, you are welcome to stay at one of our flats for a trial period of one week. The cost of rent will be deducted from the purchase amount if you choose to buy the flat.

Type 3 is a 3-room flat with two bathrooms, around 79 m², has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with open kitchen, storage/laundry room, entryway and balcony or terrace.
We have used our experience from Scandinavia to develop homes that satisfy our customer's expectations. This has resulted in flats with a traditional Spanish style and good insulation and heating standards, among other things. The flats are located in houses that are two or three storeys high and they all have elevators and parking spaces. A few things that they all have in common are that they are easy to take care of, they are based on the concept of the life-cycle standard and they have better soundproof walls and ceilings. All rooms—with the exception of storage/laundry rooms—have electric floor heating.
Kitchen units in profiled pine (Mediterranean pine) and countertops in light granite are standard for all flats. They also come with electric ovens with ceramic cooktops, oven hoods, dishwashers, washing machines and refrigerators with freezers. Every flat has access to Norwegian TV channels and you can install an Internet connection if you like.
The flats that are now for sale were previously used as rentals by Alfaz del Sol Services since 2007. The flats are sold as they are and are fully-furnished, equipped and ready for use. Their interiors are in keeping with Scandinavian style and have comfortable furniture.
