AN ESTABLISHED AREA

In the right place

Alfaz del Sol is located in Alfaz del Pi in Costa Blanca.

The great climate has attracted immigrants from

all over Europe, yet its Spanish character has still

been preserved.

Mellom husene i Alfaz del Sol kan du rusle på svale gangveier til områdets oppvarmede svømmebasseng og boblebad. Husene er bygget i spansk stil, to og tre etasjer høye, alle med heis.

A FRIENDLY NEIGHBOURHOOD

Stroll along the cool footpaths amongst the houses at Alfaz del Sol, and then head down to the heated swimming pool. The Spanish-style houses were built two and three storeys high and all of them have elevators.

The complex is located on the ridge above Alfaz del Pi city centre, inside an established residential area with residents from a number of countries. You can see the Mediterranean Sea from this location, but it is still far enough away from the sea that the local climate is dryer, cooler and therefore more comfortable than down by the sea. The area is located centrally, near the main road that leads to the airport and also near activities along the sunny coastline.

Altea and Benidorm is situated nearby, with countless opportunities in both adventures and service. The nearby beach in Albir provides great opportunities for both bathing and beach life . The nearest airport is Alicante, 45 minutes away.

Enjoy the tapas

It is said that the idea of tapas originated in Spain sometime around the turn of the century. Local bars started serving a small piece of ham with their daily sherry. One day, they placed the ham on top of the glass for want of a small plate to serve it on. The next time the customer was served wine, he asked that it be served "con tapa"—with a lid. Tapas have now come to be much more than just ham. When you order tapas, you can choose from meat, fish, shellfish and vegetable dishes.
