Bright and cozy apartment on the 5th floor with an elevator and a wrap-around balcony. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen with an adjoining laundry room. Both bedrooms and the living room have AC. It’s about a 5-minute walk to Roda beach in Altea and a bit longer to reach the beach in the direction of Albir.

 

The kitchen features a newer oven/induction cooktop and a dishwasher. The laundry room has a newer Samsung washing machine. The bathroom was fully renovated in 2017.
