Alfaz del Sol offers modern flats with one or two bedrooms both short and long-term rentals, located in a peaceful, safe area with heated outdoor pool. The area
Alfaz del Sol is located in Alfaz del Pi at the Costa Blanca. The great climate has attracted people from all over the world, yet its Spanish character has still been preserved.
You can see the Mediterranean Sea from this location, but it is still far enough away from the sea that the local climate is dryer, cooler and therefore more comfortable than down by the sea. The area is located centrally, near the main road that leads to the airport and also near activities along the sunny coastline.

About Alfaz del Sol
The flats are inspired by scandinavian quality and holds a traditional spanish style having good insulation and heating standards. All rooms - with the exception of storage/laundry rooms - have electric floor heating. Kitchen units in profiled pine (Mediterranean pine) and countertops in light granite are standard for all flats. They also come with electric ovens with ceramic cooktops, oven hoods, dishwashers, washing machines and refrigerators with freezers.
The flats are located in houses that are two or three storeys high with elevators and parking spaces. They are based on the concept of the life-cycle standard making them great for people in phases of life.
