Plaza del Sol is the service centre in the project and functions as a

local meeting place. The centre offers health and wellness services

including a hairdresser, skin care and a physical therapist.

The service team can arrange for nursing and homecare and

services for cleaning, purchasing and other practical, everyday help.

 

At the heart of the centre, you'll find the reception which is staffed daytime all weekdays. Here you will be greeted by service-minded hosts who can help you with practical tasks, rentals or booking various services for your home. At the reception all residents at Alfaz del Sol can turn to for guidance in their everyday lives. Attached to the reception is a private lounge with an activity room where you will find daily newspaper, a library and TV. The loung is a nice place to meet up with friends and neighbours.

 

The flats have their own parking spaces which are located in the shared underground parking garage.
